I should make a list! Leaves...our Oaks have so many leaves that I spend at least 8 days mulching leaves! Your list has some fun stuff!
ReplyDeleteOne thing I miss from my hometown in NC is trees, though not the raking & cleaning up of the leaves.
DeleteCome link up your list with us on 09.21 when we reveal ours. We can cheer each other on. Love your sharing attitude with the tomatoes!! Can't believe you have done so well already. We are still having summer weather with triple digit heat EXCEPT for today...it is 55*!!
ReplyDeleteThanks for the invite to your link up. I'll try to remember & get over there & do that.
DeleteOoh you have such a great list! I hope you can cross most of these off this Fall. I'm trying to enjoy some outdoor events. I'd love to do a picnic in the park.

I'm working real hard to cross off all items. We've had some wonderful weather here. I like to take a picnic every chance I get. I love the outdoors when it's not freezing cold or blazing hot.
DeleteWhat a great list.....I'm joining in this month too. I want to make some pumpkin goodies too. YUM. Pumpkin chili is sooo good. I help out at my son in laws family's pumpkin patch and it is so fun and I always come away with awesome pumpkins to decorate with.
ReplyDeleteI've got to get myself in the cooking mood to do some of that baking on my list. I like to have a day off work to do it. Working in a pumpkin patch sounds fun though I know it is hard work knowing from the little patch we have.
DeleteWow - you have lots of fun planned!! I hope you are able to get it all done - and that you have a blast doing it!! Homemade soup sounds great - and so does that fall snack mix. I used to make that a lot and completely forgot about it. Thanks for the reminder:)
ReplyDeleteI did make the snack mix & sent most of it to the Grands already in a care package. I'm not really a soup maker, not able to get the right blend of savory spices though the tator soup recipe I have is tasty.
DeleteYou have a great list!!! So many wonderful ideas and plans. I also plan on starting my Christmas shopping. :)
ReplyDeleteChristmas is the busiest time of year at my work. I like to get the shopping done & activities planned as much in advance as possible to help relieve the stress to make a more enjoyable celebration.
DeleteOh I see a few items listed I want to steal! What a fun list.
ReplyDeletePlease take any item from the list that you want. Enjoy! I've now come up with more as everyone's bucket list is coming out. I thought I would keep mine to 20 & things that I will actually do.
DeleteHello Karen! I love your well rounded list. I went for a hike last week, and the leaves were just beautiful. I'm ready for the change of seasons. Good luck with your list!
ReplyDeleteWhat a fabulous list!! Love the leaf drive complete with KFC. Can I join you? Hope you will share your spiced cider recipe. I make a mean Mexican hot chocolate!! Was just thinking I need to restock the pantry and toiletries in case things get Covid crazy again. Thanks for the reminder.
ReplyDeleteYou are welcome to join our picnic anytime. Our spiced apple cider comes in packets to just add water. We had a recipe for Russian tea at one time that was kinda like cider.
